Information submitted through forms is treated as an inquiry. A service project begins only after scope, pricing, deliverables, timelines, payment terms, and responsibilities are confirmed separately through a proposal, invoice, email confirmation, or written agreement.

Digital products

CtrlBox may sell ebooks, mini-courses, templates, guides, checklists, resource packs, and other downloadable or online-access products. Product descriptions, inclusions, pricing, access duration, and delivery method will be shown on the relevant product page or order communication.

Payments

Payments on this website may be processed through Razorpay. You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information so that receipts, private delivery links, and support communication can be sent correctly.

Access and usage

Paid digital products are licensed for the buyer's personal or internal business use unless a product page states otherwise. You may not resell, publicly share, redistribute, copy, upload, or make paid materials available to others without written permission from CtrlBox.

Intellectual property

Website content, brand assets, design elements, copy, product material, course content, templates, and downloadable resources belong to CtrlBox or the respective rights holder unless otherwise stated.

Availability

We try to keep the website, checkout, and delivery links available, but technical interruptions may happen. If a paid digital product is not accessible after successful payment, contact support and we will help restore access or resend the delivery link.
