Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear refund rules for CtrlBox digital products, courses, paid resources, and service payments.

Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on ctrlbox.co.in, including ebooks, mini-courses, templates, guides, paid resources, consultations, service bookings, and other digital products or services sold by CtrlBox.
Digital products
Digital products are delivered electronically through email, a private delivery link, download access, or a course/resource URL after successful payment. Because access may be provided immediately, purchases are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed.
Refund eligibility
You may request a refund if there is a duplicate payment, a successful payment for the wrong product caused by a technical issue, the paid product was not delivered, the delivery link cannot be accessed and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, or an amount was debited for a failed transaction and not automatically reversed by the payment provider or bank.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds are not usually available for change of mind, lack of usage after access is provided, incorrect email or phone details supplied by the buyer, accidental purchase after the checkout confirmation step, downloaded files, accessed course/resource links, or outcomes that depend on the buyer's own implementation.
Service cancellations
For custom website, branding, marketing, software, automation, or consulting services, cancellation and refund terms depend on the proposal, invoice, scope confirmation, and work already completed. Setup fees, strategy work, research, design time, development time, and third-party costs may be non-refundable once work has started.
How to request a refund
Email connect@ctrlbox.co.in within 7 days of payment with your name, email, phone number, product or service name, payment date, Razorpay payment ID if available, and the reason for the request.
Refund processing time
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Refunds usually take 5 to 7 business days after approval, but final credit timelines may depend on Razorpay, the issuing bank, card network, UPI provider, or wallet provider.
